Currency: All transactions on the betph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
Payment Method Consistency: betph applies a same-source withdrawal policy where practicable. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. betph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
betph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. betph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the betph platform, even if betph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
betph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betph reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of your account for cause, betph may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by applicable law and these Terms, any real-money balances associated with prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, betph will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your betph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and identity verification.
betph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, betph will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the betph platform.
